Haven’t tried the chocolate itself yet but wanted to give massive praise for their customer service. It was fast & competent which quite literally never happens anymore. I spoke to someone who immediately understood their product and their distribution and was able to help with my inquiry without a bunch of runaround and making stuff up. Extremely impressed. Not surprised at all that the rest of the reviews are so good too. Clearly a very well run company and really appreciate how they do business since it’s so rare these days

I happened to be driving through Cape Coral and discovered this company by chance. I called to see if it was possible to pick up an order, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had my order ready with less than 15 minutes’ notice, which was such a pleasant surprise.The chocolate is delicious, with a great selection of fun and unique flavors. The packaging and labels are beautiful and make each bar feel special. It’s also nice to see the company supporting initiatives like their “Chocolate for School” project in Tanzania.Great people, excellent chocolate, beautiful presentation, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I received my chocolates in a very timely manner and it was packaged efficiently and everything was intact and nothing melted! I love the variety of flavours I ordered - I’m trying to buy ethical chocolate that tastes good and Zotter chocolate is great! I love the waffle brittle chocolate and the berries and vanilla chocolate - there’s a lot that me and my friends can enjoy!

I live in Cape Coral where warehouse is so it was easy to order online for pickup. They message you when it's ready for pick up. I got a lot of hand scooped bar flavors. My favs are butter caramel and typically Austria. The fruity blueberry/lemon, yuzu ,mango tango and Juneberry on buttered bread are really good too. The only one I couldn't eat was the port wine and figs. It was too strong alcohol for me

I'm a dark chocolate fan. I ordered several bars to try out. These are high quality chocolate bars with no filler ingredients. So far the stands outs are the Guatemala and the Haiti ones, but I can't wait to try the rest. Plus they are organic and fair trade certified. Will definitely order again.
